HiMat provides remote technology and digital services including but not limited to web development, SEO, digital marketing, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your order, statement of work, or separate agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services or site, including:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights
• Transmitting malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Using our deliverables to build unlawful or fraudulent products

4. Intellectual property

Until full payment and any contract conditions are met, HiMat may retain rights in pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks. Client-specific work product is addressed in your project agreement. You grant HiMat a license to use your materials solely as needed to perform services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiMat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
